Erectile dysfunction or ED also commonly called impotence is inability to attain and maintain an erection that is adequate for sexual intercourse. Erectile dysfunction is also commonly called impotence. The are many causes for ED. Medical problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, vascular disease, neuropathy and kidney failure can cause ED.
